Where do you ship to?
Nadinoo ships to the world! All items will be shipped 1-5 days after you have made your purchase.
An email will also be sent out to you as soon as your item is dispatched.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately Nadinoo does not refund or exchange any items bought from the store, but if you have any major problems with your purchase please contact me within 1 week of receiving your item and we will try work something out.

What sizes do you stock?
I currently only stock X-Small, Small and Medium in a few styles, but as demand increases more sizes will become available.

XS/ UK 6-8/ US 4

S/ UK 8-10/ US 6

M/ UK 10-12/ US 8

Please contact me if you would like any specific measurements not listed in the garment description.

Do you do custom orders?
If you see a Nadinoo design you like but would like an alternative length, fabric or colour please contact me and I will let you know if it is possible. Please note that there may be an additional charge of up to €25 depending on your requirement.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?
